In 1992 I visited Egypt and the Sinai peninsula.
This was the second trip that took me outside Europe. We started in Cairo, took the train
down to Aswan and then travelled down the Nile towards Luxor and Dendera. Here we went
across to Hurghada, where we did some diving.
We went on to Suez from where we entered the Sinai. Here we visited Mount Sinai and Saint
Catherine's. Next came Nuweiba on the shore of the Red Sea, from where we went back to a
last two days in Cairo.
I managed to loose the digital copy of
my travelogue, luckily I had a print-out. Some friends in the US asked me to please
translate it into English and so I did.
This chapter is made up of three
parts. The travelogue itself, photo pages showing large pictures and captions and a set of
thumbnail pages linking to the larger pictures.
The story too contains thumbnails pointing to the relevant larger pictures.

Notes
I'm still busy with the translation and the
parts that are displayed have not been thoroughly spell checked.
I'm also still busy with the scans.
